Welcome to the World War II Online Resource Center.
The ORC is a project designed to provide a wide array of information to those interested in studying mankind's greatest, cruelest, and most costly conflict. New material is being added on a regular basis. The material consists principally of a detailed chronology, primary documents, first-person accounts, article abstracts and book reviews, and statistics. The Encyclopedia is a work-in-progress.
Visitors are invited to participate in the discussion forum. Anyone who has written an essay relating to World War II is invited to submit it for publication here -- you retain all rights. Veterans or relatives of veterans are invited to contribute their own accounts of the war experience.
In addition to a conventional Links page, banner links to other WW2 websites are located on various pages throughout the ORC, usually at the bottom of the page.
